WALNUT

In 2011, following soil analysis and the recommendation of Agricultural Engineer YaÅŸar Erbil, we planted 163 Chandler walnut trees, a variety that thrives in hot, dry summers and cool, rainy winters. Today, we cultivate nearly 200 walnut trees in accordance with organic and biodynamic principles. Our Chandler walnuts, which are organically certified, are known for their thin shells and rich aroma.

LAVENDER

ESSENTIAL OIL

The 100% pure essential oil of Lavandin, brought from the Provence region of France and propagated on our farm, is obtained by steam distillation of only the flower parts. It has antimicrobial properties and stimulates the immune system. It is effective in healing insect bites and scars, relieving cold symptoms, and soothing muscle and joint pain. When applied to the temples or diffused in a room, its scent has a relaxing effect.

JAMS AND MARMALADES

Using fruits we grow without synthetic chemicals, we produce low-sugar jams and marmalades. Like our molasses production, the process ensures the fruit’s natural flavor is preserved, and we keep the temperature below 98°C to prevent harmful levels of hydroxymethylfurfural, a potential carcinogen, from forming.

GRAPE MOLASSES

While producing molasses from our organically certified wine grapes, we add nothing except "molasses soil" to neutralize acidity and clarify the grape must. The must is filtered to separate it from the molasses soil, its pH is adjusted to 6–7, and then it is concentrated at a low heat, not exceeding 98°C, until the °Brix value reaches 74–76%. This process ensures a high-quality molasses with pure flavor.

LAVENDER WANDS

When lavender plants are still fresh, we craft them into decorative accessories by shaping them with colorful ribbons. These wands emit a pleasant fragrance, making them a unique gift.

DRIED FRUITS

We preserve the fruits grown on our farm by drying them, either in the sun or using a dehydrator, extending their shelf life while maintaining their natural flavors.

OLIVE OIL

Yılın erken hasat zamanında sabahın erken saatlerinde topraÄŸa deÄŸdirmeden toplamaya baÅŸladığımız zeytinlerimizi, birkaç saat içerisinde çiftliÄŸimizde bulunan makinamızda bekletmeden soÄŸuk sıkarak; düÅŸük asit deÄŸerlerinde, yüksek aromalı zeytinyağımızı üretiyoruz.

LAVENDER SACHETS

We crochet small pouches using a special blend of cotton and bamboo yarn, then fill them with dried lavender flowers. These soft, fragrant sachets make for delightful and aromatic objects.

PICKLED GRAPE LEAVES

During grapevine pruning, we utilize the leaves from Merlot and Malbec grapes to prepare pickled grape leaves, perfect for making dolmas. At GüneÅŸane, we pair the tangy Merlot leaves with olive oil-based fillings and the milder Malbec leaves with meat-based fillings.

We primarily use these products for those staying at our farm, especially children. A portion of them is also offered as gifts to our donors.
